We are the NZ Authorised Agents for Exiss horse trailers.
Our Journey began in 2009 through our search for a trailer for our horse farm.
The trailer needed to be safe enough to travel mares and foals, young horses including many first time travellers, stallions and colts as well as be large enough to carry four full grown thoroughbreds, tall enough for large warmbloods and versatile enough for use as a stock or motorcross/motorcycle trailer when needed or simply to move cargo.
No such trailer was available in New Zealand but our search led us to the USA.
We travelled to the USA to visit a number of horse trailer manufacturers. We assessed trailers offered by the company using our end user knowledge and Ted’s engineering background along with other important factors such as popularity in the USA market, warranty, organisation excellence to have Exiss/Sooner trailers come out well ahead of the rest and be able to offer a trailer that exceeded all our expectations and requirements.
During our trip we were offered the NZ agency for Exiss trailers and were thrilled to fill the gap in the NZ market for safe, lightweight, durable slant/angle load all aluminium trailers for horses and other livestock as well as being able to offer trailers with top quality living quarters.
Recent model upgrade have been underway at Exiss to provide the benefits of the USA Aluminium trailer tailored to the needs and requirements of the NZ horse trailer and horse trailer owner.
